Martin Brink

Dr. mr. Martin Brink is een mediator met langjarige ervaring in het oplossen van nationale en internationale corporate mediation geschillen. Hij is tevens advocaat, arbiter, bindend adviseur en raadsheer plaatsvervanger in het Gerechtshof te ’s-Gravenhage.

Hij bekleedt meerdere nevenfuncties. Zo is hij voorzitter van de Vereniging Corporate Mediation, lid van de Adviescommissie Mediation van de Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten, voorzitter van de Executive Committee van Kikkoman Europe Food B.V. en voorzitter van de Executive Board van NVM Holding B.V.

Hij is de auteur van talloze publicaties op het gebied van medezeggenschapsrecht, vennootschapsrecht en mediation. Belangrijk werk is het boek (Business) mediation en materiedeskundigheid.

Martin Brink is MfN gecertificeerd mediator, Global panellist van het Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution te Londen en IMI gecertificeerd Mediatior en Mediation Advocate.
